All recipes work with the normal, exceptional, or elite version of the item type.All recipes will generate with the preset modifiers, and from one to five random prefixes and suffixes.Be careful though, because you can create items that have level requirements above the level cap of 99. Random modifiers: The maximum item level of affixes for random mods is determined by the Character level of the character executing the recipe, combined with the level of the modifiers present on the item. The affixes are re-rolled completely, however there are advantages to using weapons with higher level modifiers. Ingredients: The modifiers on the item you use in the recipe have no effect on the crafted item you create.
Although intended for spellcasters, physical fighters with low Energy may find crafted Caster Items useful due to their boosts to maximum mana and mana steal. Caster Items are a type of Crafted Item that focus on Mana, Mana regeneration, mana leech, etc.
